**Payment Options:**

1. **Online Payment:**
We offer a secure online payment portal for your convenience. Simply log in to your tenant account to make payments using various methods, including credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, or digital wallets.

2. **In-Person Payment:**
Visit our leasing office during business hours to make payments in person. Our friendly staff will assist you with the process and provide any necessary support.

3. **Mail-in Payment:**
You can also mail your rent payment to our office address. Please ensure that your payment reaches us before the due date to avoid late fees. Kindly note that we only accept Checks or Money Orders for Mail-in Payments.

**Important Reminders:**

1. **Due Date:** Rent payments are due on the 5th of each month. Late payments may incur penalties as outlined in your lease agreement.

2. **Late Fees:** Please be aware that late fees will be applied to payments received after the due date. Refer to your lease agreement for details on late payment penalties.

3. **Security Deposit:** Your security deposit, if applicable, will be held by state regulations. It will be returned to you upon lease termination, minus any deductions for damages or outstanding balances.

4. **Rent Increase Notices:** In the event of a rent increase, you will be notified in writing as per the terms of your lease agreement.
